Bakong is the latest generation of Mobile Payments and Banking Platform initiated by the National Bank of Cambodia.
SBI Ly Hour Bank is a Member of Bakong and under this membership, SBILH customer able to conduct money transfer (send and receive) between SBILH Mobile App and Bakong Mobile App, do transfer cross banks (Bakong Member) seamlessly, also able to use QR to make and receive payment with free of charge.
How to Transfer from SBILH MB App to Bakong Wallet
1 Launch the “SBI Ly Hour Bank” mobile app
2 Log in with valid credentials (PIN or Biometrics)
3 Select on “Transfer”
4 Select on “Bakong Wallet”
5 Enter the recipient’s Bakong wallet number
6 Choose currency KHR or USD
7 Enter amount and confirm the transaction with your SBILH Mobile App PIN
8 Transaction successful
How to Transfer from SBILH MB App to Other Banks
1 Launch the “SBI Ly Hour Bank” mobile app
2 Log in with valid credentials (PIN or Biometrics)
3 Select on “Transfer”
4 Select on “Bakong Wallet”
5 Choose Beneficiary Bank
6 Enter the Account Number
7 Enter amount and confirm the transaction with your SBILH Mobile App PIN
8 Transaction successful

2 Log in with valid credentials (PIN or Biometrics)
3 Select button “QR”
4 Select “Scan QR”
5 Enter “Amount” and confirm the transaction with your SBILH Mobile App PIN
6 Transaction successful
How to make receive payment via QR code
1 Launch the “SBI Ly Hour Bank” mobile app
2 Log in with valid credentials (PIN or Biometrics)
3 Select button “QR”
4 Select “Generate QR”
5 Save and share to sender
How to Cash-In and Cash-Out with Bakong Wallet
All Bakong users can visit SBILH Bank 5 Branches as listed below to cash-in/cash-out their funds from their Bakong Wallet by using KHQR.
