The management of SBI LY HOUR Bank participated in providing customer service directly at the bank counter on April 26, 2024, to connect, care, and value to all customers. This role is not only provided by the customer service staff but also provided by all bank staff. Customer service is everyone’s job, from security guards and cleaners to the bank's senior management, and especially to celebrate International Labor Day, May 1, 2024.
This program is honored to be served by Mr. Chea Phalarin, CEO of SBI LY HOUR Bank, and all management team to serve customers directly to customers who come for any services at the bank with respect, the warmest hospitality and attention held at all Phnom Penh branches and the branches nearby Phnom Penh.
