ធនាគារ អេស ប៊ី អាយ លី ហួរ គឺជាសមាជិកនៃប្រព័ន្ធបាគង ហើយក្រោមសមាជិកភាពនេះ អតិថិជនរបស់ធនាគារ  អេស ប៊ី អាយ លី ហួរ ក៏អាចធ្វើការបន្ថែមគណនីធនាគាររបស់ខ្លួន ជាមួយកម្មវិធីចល័តបាគង និងផ្ទេរប្រាក់ចូលគណនីបាគងបានដោយមិនចាំបាច់ប្រើប្រាស់ កម្មវិធីធនាគារចល័ត អេស ប៊ី អាយ លី ហួរ ហើយអតិថិជនក៏អាចធ្វើការផ្ទេរប្រាក់ (ផ្ញើ និងទទួល) រវាង ធនាគារចល័ត អេស ប៊ី អាយ លី ហួរ ទៅកាន់ធនាគារដទៃដែលជាសមាជិកបាគង បានយ៉ាងរលូនដោយការប្រើប្រាស់ KHQR ដើម្បីធ្វើការប្រតិបត្តិការចេញចូល ដោយមិនគិតថ្លៃសេវា។

5 Choose Beneficiary Bank
6 Enter the Account Number
7 Enter amount confirm the transaction with your SBILH Mobile App PIN
8 Transaction successful
