Introduction

Bakong is a new generation of mobile payment and mobile banking developed by the National Bank of Cambodia.

SBI LY HOUR Bank is a member of the Bakong System and under this membership, SBI Ly Hour Bank customers can also add their bank account with the Bakong Mobile app and transfer money to the Bakong account without using the Mobile Banking application. SBI Ly Hour and customers can also transfer money (send and receive) between SBI Ly Hour Mobile Bank to other Bakong member banks smoothly by using KHQR to make transactions free of charge.

How to Register Bakong Wallet (Click here)
  • Launch the “Bakong Mobile Application”
  • Select “Language”
  • Tap on “Register account”
  • Select “SBI LY HOUR Bank”
  • Enter “Phone Number”
  • Enter “Verification Code”
  • Enter "Full Name” and tap on “Next.”
  • Create “Password”
  • Save “Recovery QR Code”
  • Create Bakong Account Successfully
How to Verify Personal Information Process (Click here)
  • Launch the “Bakong Mobile Application”
  • Log in with valid credentials (PIN or Biometrics)
  • Tap on “Profile”
  • Select “Verify Personal Information”
  • Scan “NID”
  • Review “Personal Information” and click “Everything is fine, proceed.”
  • Verify identity.
  • Capture “Face”
  • Photos Verification
  • Verification data is being sent to the bank.
  • Account verification successfully.

  • Launch the “Bakong Mobile Application”
  • Log in with valid credentials (PIN or Biometrics)
  • Tap on “Add Account”
  • Select “SBI LY HOUR Bank”
  • Enter Phone Number and PIN Code
  • Enter “Verification Code”
  • Enter Bank Account Number
  • Account Added Successfully
How to Remove Linked Bank’s Account from Bakong Wallet (Click here)
  • Launch the “Bakong Mobile Application”
  • Log in with valid credentials (PIN or Biometrics)
  • Swipe on “Bank Account” from right to left to see the remove button.
  • Tap on “Remove”
  • Attention and Tap on Remove
  • Account Removed Successfully
How to Transfer from Linked Bank’s Account to Bakong Wallet (Click here)
  • Launch the “Bakong Mobile Application”
  • Log in with valid credentials (PIN or Biometrics)
  • Select “Bank Account”
  • Tap on “Transfer to Bakong Wallet”
  • Enter “Amount”
  • “Review” and “Confirm”
  • Enter “Bakong Wallet Password or Confirm with Biometric”
  • Transaction Successfully

  • Launch the “Bakong Mobile Application”
  • Log in with valid credentials (PIN or Biometrics)
  • Select “SBI Ly Hour Bank Account”
  • Tap on “Transaction”
How to Transfer from the SBI Ly Hour Mobile App to Bakong Wallet (Click here)
  • Launch the “SBI LY HOUR Bank” mobile app
  • Log in with valid credentials (PIN or Biometrics)
  • Select on “Transfer”
  • Select on “Bakong Wallet”
  • Enter the recipient’s Bakong wallet number
  • Choose currency KHR or USD
  • Enter amount and confirm the transaction with your SBI LY HOUR Mobile App PIN
  • Transaction Successfully
How to Transfer from the SBI LY HOUR MB App to Other Banks (Click here)
  • Launch the “SBI LY HOUR Bank” mobile app
  • Log in with valid credentials (PIN or Biometrics)
  • Select on “Transfer”
  • Select on “Bakong Other Bank Accounts”
  • Choose Beneficiary Bank
  • Enter the Account Number
  • Enter amount and confirm the transaction with your SBI LY HOUR Mobile App PIN
  • Transaction Successfully

  • Log in with valid credentials (PIN or Biometrics)
  • Select button “QR”
  • Select “Scan QR”
  • Enter “Amount” and confirm the transaction with your SBILH Mobile App PIN
  •  Transaction successful
How to receive payment via QR code (Click here)
  • Launch the “SBI LY HOUR Bank” mobile app
  • Log in with valid credentials (PIN or Biometrics)
  • Select button “QR”
  • Select “Generate QR”
  • Save and share to sender
How to Cash-In and Cash-Out with Bakong Wallet

All Bakong users can visit All Branches of SBI Ly Hour Bank nearest to cash in/cash out their funds from their Bakong Wallet by using KHQR.
